At GhostForge, we specialize in crafting high-quality wooden products with precision laser cutting and engraving. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Payment Structure: Payment for all orders must be made in full before production begins. We accept payments via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), credit cards, and PayFast.
Late Payments: Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order after 7 days.
Shipping: We offer shipping within South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and delivery times will vary based on your location and the product ordered.
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work to replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights: All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of GhostForge. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Any information provided by you, including designs for custom orders, will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
GhostForge is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
